My name is Amanda Ryan the owner and creative director of Raindrop Comms. I worked for 15 years in the retail industry before starting my own handmade homeware & gift company, at the beginning of the online sales and blogging revolution. With over 5 years of experience using social platforms to build communities and networks for myself, I found greater joy in helping other small business owners reach their potential.
As well as my experience in setting up and running 2 businesses, I've been the community manager for a charitable organisation. I am now working with a fellow virtual assistant to co-found a non-profit organisation to develop the industry, helping virtual assistants learn & grow their businesses.
